Satisfaction Guarantee and Refund Policy

If our Technology and Products fail to satisfactorily enhance your health, sleep and mental or physical performance within 30 days of purchase, you may return it for a refund. You must establish tech-support prior to return request so we have the opportunity to work together for a week or two and a 10% restocking fee will apply.

Custom made Products are customized entirely for you. For this reason, we cannot accept returns for Custom Products like "Let Michael Pick a Disk for You."

Products should be returned to us complete in like-new condition.

For return packages, please contact us kindly with the reason for return and we will provide the return address to send your package.

Damage Upon Receipt of Goods

If the product is not in good condition upon delivery, please take the following steps: If the package is not in good condition and the mail carrier or driver is present, save the packaging materials, take photos and contact us within 3 business days, and inform the carrier to take note of the damage. We will get in touch with the carrier and settle claims. Upon approval of the claim, we will send replacement shipment. However, if carrier or driver is not present during the time the package was opened, we may need you to repack the damaged item and return it to us. We will shoulder all the shipping costs and settle claim with the carrier. We will only accept items back that have been damaged during shipping, if the customer damaged the items during their normal use, we will not issue refunds to the customer.

Shipping Rules

Upon receiving your order, items will be hand-crafted which will take 4-6 weeks, shipping will take another 1-2 weeks depending on your location. We use United States Postal Service, we also ship using Parcel Post larger shipments. Tracking number should be sent to your provided email upon shipping, of which you will be able to track through

An additional cost will be charged for expedited shipping services such as overnight or two day shipping. You may contact us for international and rush shipping and we will estimate your shipping charges depending on your choice of service and location. We ship internationally to selected countries and to many APO FPO Services. is not responsible for shipments once items are already deployed by the shipper.

Cancellations & Refused Orders

Orders that were placed may not be cancelled unless we are notified until 10 am (PST) of the next business day after you placed the order that needs to be cancelled as we may being crafting the order immediately or until the next business day. If you have an emergency and want to inform us to cancel or stop the order, contact us. A 10% restocking fee of 10%. Customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges.

Digital Products

Digital products such as frequencies, CD/DVD, e-books, courses and downloads are not refundable.

Pricing and Promotions

Occasionally we create promotions that may discount the product or offer free products and services. These promotions are not pre-announced, so they may occur immediately after your purchase.
